   Once a year we ask you to confirm you’re here. If you don’t, we remind you gently, then alert your trusted people. Any check-in resets the year.

   A trusted person can also confirm by email when needed. One confirmation starts a 72-hour cooling-off — if you check in during that window, release stops. After that, beneficiaries get email and SMS with a secure link.

   No notary is required for this release path.
